Fighting for a victim’s family: Arly brought a claim against the driver of a vehicle who crossed over the center line of a North Phoenix roadway, killing a husband and father of two sons. Arly’s work helped the man’s family quickly obtain compensation to the limits of the driver’s insurance policy.
Winning funds for a widower. Arly brought a claim against a semi-tractor-trailer truck driver who had rear-ended an older couple on I-10 west of Phoenix, killing the wife and severely injuring the husband. In a relatively short period of time, Arly obtained policy limits and excess funds directly from the trucking company for the widower.
