Get To Know Roger In His Own Words
“As an attorney who both documents and litigates business transactions, I understand the importance that each word has when drafting contract documents. This understanding translates to our clients receiving transactional documents that are comprehensive in anticipating potential areas of dispute.”
“I pride myself on my ability to bring sanity to the world of litigation. While I will not hesitate to take a case to trial, I know that, in many cases, the best result for the client isn’t to litigate, but to resolve the dispute by negotiated agreement. I strive to provide my clients with objective and pragmatic advice as to matters of settlement and litigation strategy.”
