JaburgWilk Donates Toys and Books to Voices for CASA Children

Employees of the Phoenix law firm Jaburg Wilk supported Voices for CASA Children by collecting unwrapped toys for children in foster care. They collected more than 65 toys including craft kits, infant development toys, sensory toys, puzzles, STEM scientific kits, balls, Lego blocks, art sets, action figures, Disney dolls and soft, cuddly stuffed animals. These toys will be available to CASA volunteers and the children at the annual Jingle & Mingle experience. In addition to the toys, 200 copies of the book, The Neverland Rascals by Ted Snyder were also donated by Jaburg Wilk.

Voices for CASA Children seeks to provide a voice to every child that is in Arizona’s foster care system. They support Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers and create opportunities that help every child know that they are cared for and safe.

Jaburg Wilk’s attorney Michelle Ronan said, “This is such a unique model to help support both the CASA volunteers and the children they serve through advocacy year-round. CASA volunteers are so important in these children’s lives.”
