Jaburg Wilk Donates Truckload of Supplies to Halo Animal Rescue

For the third consecutive year, the Phoenix law firm of Jaburg Wilk has supported Halo Animal Rescue by donating a truckload of dog and cat supplies.

Jaburg Wilk began supporting Halo Animal Rescue and No-Kill Shelter in 2015.  Their initial drive was such a success that they held it again in 2016 and 2017.   Employees of the firm donated gently used and new blankets, towels, dog beds and newspapers which are used to keep the animals comfortable, clean, safe, and secure. During their “Take a Child to Work Day”, both employees and their children crafted ten new crate blankets for the Halo animals which were included with the donation.  Additionally, donations included bags of dog food and lots of dog and cat toys!

Jaburg Wilk’s Community Committee representative, Shranda Ceballos said, “Halo Animal Rescue is one of our favorite charities.  Our employees look forward to supporting Halo by providing food and comfort to the animals sheltered there.  Having our employee’s children contribute by making crate blankets was a wonderful way to teach community involvement and support to another generation.”

The primary mission of HALO is to provide temporary shelter to abandoned cats and dogs until they can be adopted into a permanent home.   To learn more about HALO Animal Rescue, visit here.
