Jaburg Wilk delivers truckload of winter items for dogs and cats

PHOENIX, Ariz. (Dec. 21, 2015) – During the month of December, Jaburg Wilk held a drive for HALO Animal Rescue and the Arizona Humane Society

Jaburg Wilk employees were asked to bring in gently used items that could help dogs and cats stay warm during the winter.  The bed of a full size pick-up truck was filled with blankets, dog beds, towels and toys and they were delivered to Halo Animal Rescue and the Arizona Humane Society. 

Halo Animal Rescue is a no-kill animal shelter in Phoenix. Their specialty is to provide refuge to animals that might otherwise be killed at other shelters.

The Arizona Humane Society is an animal shelter whose mission is to improve the lives of animals, alleviate their suffering, and elevate their status in society. They safeguard, rescue, shelter, heal, adopt and advocate for animals in need, while inspiring community action and compassion on their behalf.
