Dane is an insurance law litigator focusing his practice in insurance defense, bad faith litigation, and insurance coverage. He has a wide range of experience in insurance law including construction defect, automobile liability, bodily injury defense, and property liability. Before joining Jaburg Wilk, he worked at insurance defense firms in Phoenix, Arizona.
He has experience handling insurance coverage, public entity, first party property analysis, coverage, and bad faith matters. Additionally, Dane drafts coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and denial letters. Dane has represented client with appeals, writing numerous motions and appellate briefs including those heard by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
In law school, Dane was the Senior Articles Editor of the Virginia Law & Business Review. Dane was a judicial extern for Honorable Cindy K. Jorgenson of the United States District Court and Honorable John Rea of the Arizona Superior Court in Maricopa County. Prior to being admitted, he served as a legal fellow for the City of Phoenix Law Department, Civil Litigation Section.
