Heather is an experienced commercial litigator assisting clients with both administrative issues as well as litigation matters. She has a broad range of legal experience including working with clients on commercial litigation, construction defect, premises liability, indemnity issues and aquifer permit issues. Heather has helped clients with administrative and employment law in front of both the EEOC and Arizona Industrial Commission. Her insurance law experience spans from construction defect to premises liability; from indemnity to personal injury defense.
A veteran of the United States Air Force, she served as both an active duty and reserve member for more than seven years supporting military operations in both Operation Noble Eagle and Operation Enduring Freedom. Heather continues to support the military by providing pre-deployment legal assistance through Service for Soldiers. She is also active in Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Central Arizona.
Prior to attending law school, Heather was a high school instructor at Glendale Union High School District.
