Vincent focuses on his practice on creditor’s rights and commercial litigation. He assists our creditor clients with hundreds of consumer and commercial collection matters ranging from credit cards to automobiles, from secured equipment leases to lines of credit.
Prior to joining the firm, Vincent honed his litigation and courtroom skills as an Assistant Legal Defender in Cochise County Legal Defender’s office, primarily handling criminal felony cases. He expanded his commercial litigation experience by reviewing and analyzing loan documents in a $300 million-dollar portfolio that were material in a related bankruptcy case. His litigation work has included complex commercial cases and environmental/water related issues. Additionally, he has worked on matters that involved breach of contract, trade secret issues, and lender liability.
