# Jaburg Wilk Names David P. Uffens Equity Partner

PHOENIX, Ariz. (July 14, 2026) – The law firm of[ Jaburg Wilk](https://www.jaburgwilk.com/) is pleased to announce that [David P. Uffens](https://www.jaburgwilk.com/our-people/david-p-uffens) has been named an equity partner of the firm. Uffens focuses his practice in family law, assisting clients with divorces, child custody matters, post-decree modifications, and pre/post-nuptial agreements. He is an Arizona State Bar Certified Specialist in Family Law. For several years, he was a Faculty Associate at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he taught Family Law and Sports Law. Uffens is a member of the recruiting committee and is co-managing partner of the family law group at Jaburg Wilk.

Uffens earned his J.D. from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, his M.C.M. summa cum laude from the University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communication, and his B.A. magna cum laude from USC. He is admitted to practice in Arizona and holds inactive admissions in Colorado, Missouri, Utah, and Washington. He has been recognized as a Southwest Super Lawyer (2026), Best Lawyers in America (2026), a Martindale-Hubbell Client Champion Gold (2025, 2026), and a Phoenix Magazine Top Lawyer in Family Law and Sports Law.
