# Jaburg Wilk Promotes Philomena "Mena" Patiño to Partner

The law firm of [Jaburg Wilk](https://www.jaburgwilk.com/) is pleased to announce that [Philomena “Mena” Patiño](https://www.jaburgwilk.com/our-people/philomena-s-patino) has been promoted to partner. Patiño focuses her practice in family law, representing clients in divorces, child custody disputes, and post-decree modification matters. Since joining Jaburg Wilk, she has built a reputation for compassionate, results-oriented advocacy on behalf of her clients and their families.

Prior to joining Jaburg Wilk, Patiño practiced family law at another Phoenix firm. While in law school she served as a research assistant to Professor Linda Demaine and as a legal extern for the Office of General Counsel at Arizona State University. She earned her J.D. from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and her B.A. from Arizona State University. Patiño has been recognized as a Southwest Super Lawyers Rising Star (2023–2026), Best Lawyers in America Ones to Watch (2026), a Martindale-Hubbell Client Champion Silver (2025, 2026), and a Phoenix Magazine Top Lawyer in Family Law (2025).
