This prestigious award recognizes forty of the Valley’s most accomplished business and community leaders under the age of 40 for their professional excellence and commitment to the Greater Phoenix community. Thomas chairs both the [Employment Law](https://www.jaburgwilk.com/services/employment) and [Education Law](https://www.jaburgwilk.com/services/education) Departments at Jaburg Wilk, where she has built a practice focusing on plaintiff representation. She represents employees and employers in wage and hour disputes, harassment and discrimination claims, restrictive covenant disputes, whistleblower matters, and federal and state compliance. In her education practice, she assists students and educators with residency appeals, tuition disputes, disability accommodations, disciplinary proceedings, and tenure and promotion matters. She has been recognized as a Southwest Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2020 through 2026, was named Best Lawyers in America in 2026, and has received Martindale-Hubbell’s Client Champion Platinum designation from 2023 through 2026. Phoenix Magazine has recognized her as a Top Lawyer in Education, Labor & Employment from 2022 through 2025. Thomas is committed to her community.
