# Jaburg Wilk Partner Micalann Pepe Expands National Leadership Role with FDCC

Jaburg Wilk is pleased to announce that Shareholder [Micalann C. Pepe](https://www.jaburgwilk.com/our-people/micalann-c-pepe) has been re-elected as a Senior Director on the [Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel’s](https://www.thefederation.org/) (FDCC) Board of Directors and has taken on an expanded set of national leadership appointments within the organization.

Pepe was appointed Chair of the FDCC’s Projects & Objectives Committee, which directs and oversees the work of the Federation’s 24 Substantive Law Sections. She was also named Vice Chair of both the Membership Recruitment Committee and the Membership Development Committee and will serve as a member of the Finance & Budget Committee.

“I am grateful for the continued trust of my colleagues across the Federation, and I look forward to serving the Federation over the coming year under President Jennifer Johnsen’s leadership,” said Pepe.

Pepe concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance coverage and bad-faith litigation. She previously served as the FDCC’s 2026 Winter Meeting Program Chair, is Past President of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel and is Past Chair of the ABA TIPS Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee.
