PHOENIX, Ariz. (12/20/2021) – Lauren L. Garner was recently appointed Arizona State Chair of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) for 2022.
Garner is a partner in the probate law department of Jaburg Wilk where she focuses her practice on probate and trust litigation, and mediation. She is an Adjunct Professor at the ASU Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law focusing on probate law. She is past-president of Valley Estate Planners and has held leadership positions at Arizona State Bar Probate and Trust Section, Elder Law, Mental Health and Special Needs Planning Section and MCBA Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Section. She has been named as a Leader in AZ Business Magazine (2019 to the present) Southwest Super Lawyer continuously since 2015, Top 25 – 2019 Women Arizona Super Lawyers and a Best Lawyer since 2014. Lauren was also named as a Best Lawyers 2019 – Lawyer of the Year for Trust and Estate Litigation.
