Emily focuses her practice on family law, assisting clients with divorce, child custody, orders of protection and other family law matters. She handles litigation matters, court appearances and settlement negotiations. Prior to joining our firm, she practiced family law at another Phoenix area law firm.
Before relocating to Arizona, Emily served as an Assistant County Attorney with the Westchester County Attorney’s Office in New York, where she represented the Department of Social Services in family court on child abuse and neglect cases. There she gained first-chair trial experience and handled a substantial caseload of diverse matters.
While in law school, Emily completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Thomas F. Whelan and a legal externship focused on financial and securities litigation.
