Current Openings:

The Family Law department at Jaburg Wilk has an opening for an experienced family law attorney to join their top-ranked family law practice who wants to grow their legal expertise and expand their book of business. 

Job Requirements:

  • Admitted and in good standing in Arizona
  • Practiced a minimum of 5 years in family law
  • Experience with dissolution, post-decree modifications, parenting agreements, paternity, pre and post nuptial agreements
  • Experience with family law trials, hearings, settlement conferences and mediations
  • Previously developed and delivered case strategy
  • Responsibility for client management or components of case strategy
  • Excellent technical skills  
  • Robust negotiation skills
  • Excellent persuasive writing skills
