Employees of Jaburg Wilk shopped for warm blankets and throws, soft, cozy socks, and hygiene products for clients of the YWCA Meals on Wheels program in Glendale. These donations, combined with other donations, will help create 60 holiday gifts bags for these seniors. Many do not have local family members and this may be the only gift that they receive during the holidays. In addition to the items, Jaburg Wilk employees decorated holiday stockings and signed holiday cards.
It was a great way and different way to be involved this holiday season and make a difference in the life of senior citizens, many of whom are housebound!
