PHOENIX, Ariz. (04/04/2023) Nathan M. Gallinat has been named to the Board of Directors of Voices for CASA Children.
Gallinat, a construction law and commercial litigation attorney at Jaburg Wilk, said “VOICES for CASA Children is an impressive organization dedicated to bettering the lives of foster youth. I am excited to continue, and build upon, the work that I had done with CASA programs in both Colorado and New Mexico. The commitment and positive influence that CASA volunteers have on the lives of children is astounding, and the resources and training that VOICES provides to support CASA volunteers is vital and significantly enhances positive outcomes. I greatly look forward to serving alongside such caring individuals, and I am grateful for this opportunity.”
VOICES is 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to changing the stories of children in Arizona’s foster care system. The entity works with Maricopa County’s Superior Court’s CASA program to provide a wide range of services to support CASA volunteers. Each volunteer is assigned to at least one child, and serves as that child’s voice on the journey to securing a safe and permanent home, offering valuable insight to judges regarding each child’s needs and best interests. VOICES is an Arizona qualifying foster care charitable organization.
Gallinat earned his Bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame. He is licensed to practice in Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado. Phoenix Magazine named him as a top lawyer in Construction Law in 2022, and he is listed in Best Lawyers as Ones to Watch in both 2022 and 2023.
