PHOENIX, Ariz. (April 29, 2021) – The law firm of Jaburg Wilk announced that David P. Uffens joined the firm as a partner in its family law group. Before joining Jaburg Wilk, David represented clients in high conflict family law matters. An experienced trial litigator, he has represented clients with divorces, child custody issues, and post-decree modifications. Additionally, David teaches Amateur and Professional Sports Law courses at Arizona State University’s College of Law.

David earned his J.D. from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, a Master’s degree and bachelor’s degree from University of Southern California, Annenberg School for Communication. He is admitted to practice in Arizona, Washington, Missouri, Utah and Colorado, although inactive in both Utah and Colorado. David was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in both 2020 and 2021.
