The successful attorney will work with our robust transactional practice group which provides a large range of services to our clients. This opportunity includes working on estate/trust administration and estate planning or working with corporate and business law transactions. Requirements:
- Admitted in Arizona and be in good standing
- At least four years recent estate planning, trust administration, or business law experience
- Excellent Word and Excel skills
- Very good grasp of financial concepts, tax, or business law
- Comfortable with technology including use of databases
- Strong writing skills
- Experience drafting estate planning documents including ancillary documents
- Experience with entity formation, buy/sell agreements, business law
- Trust administration including annual accounting
- Experience with corporate buy/sell transactions or real estate buy or sell transactions a plus
