The successful attorney will work with our employment and education law practice group which represents employees, employers, students, and educators. This opportunity includes working on various state and federal employment litigation cases as well as representing students and educators in administrative law matters. Requirements:
- Admitted in Arizona and in good standing
- At least five years recent employment or education law experience
- Comfortable with MS software and other technology including use of databases
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Enjoy meeting and communicating with clients
- Experience with EEOC, ADA, FMLA, FSLA, wrongful termination and various Arizona state employment statutes or
- Experience with representing students with residency claims, disciplinary hearings, suspension, and other education matters or
- Experience with representing educators with disciplinary hearings, suspension, or other employment related matters
