Jaburg Wilk Attorney Kopinski Named to Board of Gift of Adoption Fund

Kyle J. Kopinski has been named to the Board of Directors of Gift of Adoption Fund, Arizona Chapter.

Kopinski, a litigation attorney at Jaburg Wilk, said, “The Gift of Adoption Fund does extraordinary work removing the financial barriers that prevent families from completing the adoption process. Every child deserves a permanent, stable home, and I am honored to serve this organization and contribute to its mission of making that a reality for more families in Arizona.”

Gift of Adoption Fund is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to uniting children with loving families by providing grants that help complete adoptions for children in vulnerable circumstances. To date, the organization has awarded more than $25.2 million in adoption assistance grants, reaching over 7,286 children with the gift of family. The Arizona Chapter works to support adoptive families throughout the state facing financial barriers to completing their adoption journey.

Kopinski is an experienced litigation attorney at Jaburg Wilk, assisting clients with contractual disputes, business matters, real estate, employment contracts, and other commercial matters. He earned his J.D. from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and his B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona. He is admitted to practice in Arizona. Kopinski previously served as President of The Pointe Hilton Condos at Squaw Peak Board of Directors.
