Keisha is an experienced litigation paralegal covering all aspects of litigation from intake through trial. She has assisted in preparing supervising attorneys for arbitrations, mediations, and other appearances as well as managing discovery including assisting with interviews, managing documents collection, and working with attorneys for processing and production. Keisha has assisted with pre-trial preparation, including drafting trial documents and preparing exhibits. Additionally, she has provided litigation case management including file management, document preservation, document collection and review, including privilege logs, bates stamping, redaction, and indexing of documents. She is experienced with various chronology reports including reviewing and summarizing medical, wage loss, and tax records to create chronological history. Keisha has experience in transactional work as well having provided support for a transactional practice group that included notarizing documents, conducting research, preparation, recording, and filing of all legal documentation for all real estate law and corporate formations.
