Jaburg Wilk Managing Partner Gary Jaburg Named to Board of The Foster Alliance

Jaburg Wilk is pleased to announce that Gary Jaburg has been named to the Board of Directors of The Foster Alliance.

Jaburg, founder and managing partner of Jaburg Wilk, said, “Every child in foster care deserves stability, safety, and the chance to thrive. The Foster Alliance does remarkable work supporting foster children and the families that care for them.”

The Foster Alliance is a nonprofit organization and the largest provider of essential services for children in foster care in Arizona and New Mexico. When a child enters foster care, The Foster Alliance meets them and the family caring for them with the essential items they need from a new bed and clothing to school supplies and personalized birthday gifts. In 2025, the organization expanded its services at its Phoenix Resource Center, opened a new location in Flagstaff, and launched mobile units to reach foster children. The Foster Alliance is an Arizona qualifying foster care charitable organization, eligible for Arizona’s Foster Care Tax Credit.

Jaburg founded Jaburg Wilk over 40 years ago and has built it into one of Arizona’s most respected law firms. His practice spans business law, employment, and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on serving entrepreneurs and business owners.
