PHOENIX, Ariz. (July 13, 2026) – The law firm of Jaburg Wilk announced that Kevin M. Estevez has joined the firm as a partner in its construction law and commercial litigation practice group. Before joining Jaburg Wilk, Kevin represented general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, architects, engineers, and business owners in a wide range of construction and business matters, including litigation, arbitration, Arizona Registrar of Contractors complaints, contract review and drafting, and entity formation and licensing.

Kevin is a frequent writer on issues affecting the construction industry and is the author of Arizona Construction and the Law, a legal blog providing an informative look at construction law in Arizona. He also authored “Arizona Mechanic’s Liens in Practice,” published by LexisNexis (2020). He is a Charter Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America and serves on the Board of Directors of the Scottsdale Bar Association. Kevin earned his J.D., cum laude, from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he served as Business Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal. He received his B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona. He is admitted to practice in Arizona.
