Annalyse Harris LL.M., is an associate attorney with diverse legal experience spanning judicial clerkship, prosecution, and complex litigation. During her year-long judicial clerkship with the Honorable Miguel M. Duran in Washington State Superior Court, Snohomish County, she conducted in-depth legal research, drafted judicial opinions, and assisted in courtroom proceedings. Previously, she worked with the Everett City Attorney’s office as a Rule 9 Licensed Prosecutor, independently handling jury trials, motion practice, and pre-trial hearings.
Annslyse’s professional expertise involves tax controversy; including IRS collections, administrative disputes, and tax litigation. As well as tax planning related to business formation, corporate transactions (both domestic and international), and trust and estate matters. Her experience also includes representing low-income taxpayers before the U.S. Tax Court, as a student attorney with the Federal Tax Clinic in Seattle. Annalyse worked as a law clerk for two Miami law firms where she conducted legal research and worked on construction defect cases, including the $1 billion Surfside litigation.
