Annalyse Harris is a tax and litigation attorney who advises businesses, financial institutions, and individuals on commercial matters. She counsels clients on the tax implications of transactions as well as representing them in disputes involving contracts, partnerships, lending, real estate, and related business issues.

Annalyse holds an LL.M. in Taxation and serves on the Executive Council of the State Bar of Arizona Tax Section. Prior to her admission to practice in Arizona, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Miguel M. Duran of the Washington State Superior Court for Snohomish County, where she conducted legal research, drafted judicial opinions, and assisted the court in all phases of trial proceedings.

During law school, Annalyse served as Managing Editor of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts and received five CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. She also served as a Rule 9 Licensed Prosecutor with the Everett City Attorney’s Office, where she independently handled jury trials, motion practice, and pretrial proceedings. She further developed her tax expertise through a clinical placement with the Federal Tax Clinic in Seattle, representing taxpayers before the U.S. Tax Court and in administrative proceedings, as well as through participation in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. She also clerked with litigation and business law firms in Miami, contributing to complex, high-value matters, including the $1 billion Surfside litigation and the multi-billion-dollar FTX Crypto Promoters and Influencers class action.
