Annalyse is an associate attorney with diverse legal experience spanning judicial clerkship, prosecution, and complex litigation. During her year-long judicial clerkship with the Honorable Miguel M. Duran in Washington State Superior Court, Snohomish County, she conducted in-depth legal research, drafted judicial opinions, and assisted in courtroom proceedings. Previously, she worked with the Everett City Attorney’s office as a Rule 9 Licensed Prosecutor, independently handling jury trials, motion practice, and pre-trial hearings.
Her experience also includes representing low-income taxpayers before the U.S. Tax Court, as a student attorney with the Federal Tax Clinic in Seattle. Annalyse worked as a law clerk for two Miami law firms where she conducted legal research and worked on construction defect cases, including the $1 billion Surfside litigation.
