Linda Bird

Linda has represented both employers and employees in employment matters for more than twelve years.  She brings employment law expertise when dealing with discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and claims under state and federal laws including Title VII and ADA.  Additionally, she has prepared position statements in response to EEOC and ACRD charges.  Linda has assisted with contract disputes, review of employment policies, and enforcement of non-competition or non-solicitation agreements.   

She has appeared before administrative boards at both hearings and appeals. Her education experience includes advice on personnel matters, disciplinary issues and termination hearings. Her litigation experience encompasses the defense of insureds stemming from premise liability, dram shop, wrongful death, and personal injury claims.

Linda became her career at the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office where she represented more than 500 clients facing felony charges.  While at their office she completed thirty-five jury trials in six years.
