Jonathan Brooks

Jonathan focuses his practice exclusively in family law. He assists clients with family law matters that relate to children including child custody issues, parenting time, paternity, relocation, and adoption. Additionally, he has represented clients with dissolution, spousal maintenance, pre- and post-martial agreements, appeals and post-modification matters. Prior to joining Jaburg Wilk, he practiced family law for several years at another Arizona family law firm.

Besides his legal work, Jonathan is a strong proponent of giving back to his community. He is board chairman of Scottsdale Training and Rehabilitation Services, STARS, a non-profit working to improve quality of life for individuals with developmental and cognitive disabilities.
