Norman Fulton III is licensed in Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico. His practice focuses on contracts, construction defect, insurance defense litigation.
He is an experienced construction law litigator having worked for a national civil litigation firm prior to joining Jaburg Wilk. He has successfully defended the interests of many construction professionals in arbitration and mediation proceedings, as well as in litigation.
Norman brings over 20 years of construction industry experience to his law practice. He is a master electrician licensed in Colorado. His construction experience is deep, having begun working in construction as a teen. Prior to attending law school, Norman and his younger brother owned and operated D&J Custom Electric, Inc., a successful electrical contracting business for six years. He is passionate about defending the interests of his clients because he understands the stress and hardship that litigation creates in the lives of construction professionals and business owners.
