Norman Fulton III is licensed in Arizona and Colorado. His practice focuses on construction contracts, construction defect and insurance defense litigation.
He is an experienced construction law litigator having worked for a national civil litigation firm prior to joining Jaburg Wilk. He has successfully defended the interests of many construction professionals in arbitration and mediation proceedings, as well as in litigation.
Norman brings over 20 years of construction industry experience to his law practice. He is a master electrician licensed in Colorado. His construction experience is deep, having begun working in construction as a teen. Prior to attending law school, Norman and his younger brother owned and operated D&J Custom Electric, Inc., a successful electrical contracting business for six years. He is passionate about defending the interests of his clients because he understands the stress and hardship that litigation creates in the lives of construction professionals and business owners. This understanding of his clients’ issues allows him a unique perspective to develop effective defense strategies.
In addition to construction experience, Norman has assisted clients with employment issues including, unemployment insurance appeals to the Arizona Court of Appeals, federal E.E.O.C. complaints, and resolving employer/employee disputes.
While attending law school, Norman was the inaugural Legal Clinic Director for the Disabled American Veterans of Arizona - Veterans Legal Clinic that continues to provide free civil legal services to veterans. During his tenure, more than 500 veterans and their spouses were assisted by the Veterans Legal Clinic. Norman is proud to assist veterans because he understands the tremendous cost of freedom, and is grateful to those who have paid that price.
